The world's finest eateries will tomorrow battle it out in the prestigious San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants awards at the Freemasons' Hall in Covent Garden, London.

Today, The Sunday Telegraph can exclusively reveal all 100 restaurants that are in contention for a place in the top 50 list, which is considered the most authoritative guide to the world's best places to eat.
Vying once again for the top spot will be Ferran Adrià's El Bulli, in Roses on the Costa Brava in Spain - last year's winner - and Heston Blumenthal's the Fat Duck, in Bray, Berkshire, the runner-up for the past two years and winner of the award for Best Restaurant in 2005.
This year, 12 British restaurants have made the top 100, including Michel Roux's Le Gavroche and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, up from 10 last year.
One British newcomer to the list is L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, in Soho, west London.
Croatia also makes its debut in the top 100 this year with Plavi Podrum, a seafood restaurant in the fishing town of Volosko on the north-west coast.
